Application

Application forms can be collected from the college of Nursing. The college will retain all original certificates till the completion of course. The following original certificates must be produced at the time of admission.
1. Original marks sheet of S.S.C, Intermediate
2. Transfer Certificate
3. Study & Conduct Certificate 5th to Intermediate
4. Caste & Income Certificates
5. Passport Size Colour Photos 12
6. Aadhar Card Xerox copy to the Student, Mother and Father.
